Why you should check the current status of your purchasing function
Peter Lageson SVP IBX Europe & Marketing

At IBX we believe that an efficient purchasing function can be a vital part of the value creation within any organization. Depending on the business segment, purchasing can amount to 40-60% of an organization’s total revenue.

To assess the potential of an efficient purchasing function and the impact it can have in the organization IBX has developed a Value Assessment Study. The result provides the organization with a strong overview of the challenges, opportunities and a recommended way forward to initiate a full efficient purchasing program, which can lead to savings of 4-8% directly at the bottom line.
