Setting the category strategy

Different categories require different strategies. IBX will analyze all parameters which influence the sourcing of a category and will define a sourcing strategy that fits with the customer business. This includes the parameters and the baseline to measure success for a specific category.

We manage the ongoing relationship with the supplier making sure that new requirements are smoothly embedded into the delivery process.
