Service Desk Procure provides end user support (first line support) in all stages of the call-off process. This involves answering questions over phone and e-mail, resolving issues and simple administration in IBX applications. End users have on-line access to professional support personnel with deep knowledge of applications and processes in use. With one speaking partner for all Procurement applications the efficiency and service levels towards end users increase, while the purchasing organization can focus on procurement development.
